One night, three services, one story that still changes everything. Come as you are, bring who you love, and leave with hope.
Christmas Eve at Life Fellowship
Hope came for you.
Carols, candlelight, and the story of a Savior born for the whole world. Come find out why we celebrate.
Our Christmas Eve theme
"A thrill of hope, the weary world rejoices, for yonder breaks a new and glorious morn."O Holy Night
Every December the world gets louder. More to buy, more to do, more to carry. And underneath all of it, a quiet question: is there still something worth hoping for?
Two thousand years ago, a weary world got its answer in a feeding trough in Bethlehem. God came close. Not to the impressive or the ready, but to shepherds, to travelers, to people who had almost given up looking.
That is what we are celebrating on Christmas Eve. Not a sentimental feeling, but a thrill: the jolt of realizing that hope has a name, and He came for you. Whether church is familiar or completely new, there is a seat with your name on it.
Service times & location

What to Expect
No pressure. No dress code. Just Christmas.
Christmas Eve is a family service. Everyone, every age, in one room together. Three things to know before you come.
ServicesCandlelight, carols, and a message of hopeExpect live worship with the Christmas songs you know, a short message from Pastor Mark, and a candlelit moment to close. Wear whatever is comfortable. Services run about an hour, and all three are the same.
Families togetherKids stay with you. That's the point. There's no separate kids' ministry on Christmas Eve. Children of every age sit with their families for the whole service, candles included. A Mom's Viewing Room is open if you need a quiet minute with a little one.
Next StepsWhatever comes next, we'll walk it with youText NEW to 95484 and we'll say hello, or stop by the Welcome Home banner after service. Nothing to sign, nothing to join. Just a next step whenever you're ready.

Invite someone
The best gift you'll give this year costs nothing.
Most people who come to church for the first time come because a friend asked. Christmas Eve is the easiest ask of the year. Here's a message you can send in ten seconds.
- 1
Think of one person. A neighbor, a coworker, the friend who's had a hard year.
- 2
Send the text. Copy it below, add their name, hit send.
- 3
Offer a ride or a seat. "Want to sit with us?" removes every excuse.

Our pastors
Meet Pastor Mark
Life Fellowship started on Palm Sunday, April 9, 2006, after God called Pastor Mark and his family to Athens, a town he says he never would have picked. Twenty years later it's a life-giving, friendly church across two East Texas campuses, still built on the same four things: encountering God, finding friends, discovering freedom, and making a difference.
"After much soul searching and many tears, we believed God had called us to start the church here."
If you're new, Pastor Mark would love to meet you. Look for him in the lobby after any service.
